All You Need
- Dhaniya seeds
- Methi Seeds
- Jeera
- Green Chillies
- Cilantro
- Haldi
- Garlic or Hing
- Tomatoes
- Onion
The Recipe
- Heat oil and add Methulu, Dhaniyalu, Jeera and Cut Green Chillies.
- Let green chilles cook. Then add cilantro, haldi, garlic or hing and cook for a minute more.
- Now fry tomato separately with salt and keep aside
- Grind the Greenchilli mixture first. Then add the cooked tomato and grind again coarsely
- Mix raw onion pieces in the chutney
