Tomato Kothimeera Pachadi

 All You Need

  • Dhaniya seeds
  • Methi Seeds
  • Jeera
  • Green Chillies
  • Cilantro
  • Haldi
  • Garlic or Hing
  • Tomatoes
  • Onion

The Recipe

  • Heat oil and add Methulu, Dhaniyalu, Jeera and Cut Green Chillies.
  • Let green chilles cook. Then add cilantro, haldi, garlic or hing and cook for a minute more.
  • Now fry tomato separately with salt and keep aside
  • Grind the Greenchilli mixture first. Then add the cooked tomato and grind again coarsely
  • Mix raw onion pieces in the chutney
