Gummadi Attu

 All You Need

White pumpkin

Urad dal

Salt

Haldi

Hing

The Recipe

Cut white pumpkin into small pieces and mix salt, hing, haldi 

Put heavy weight on the pieces so water gets squeezed away

Meanwhile, soak urad dal for 6hrs and grind smoothly. No need to ferment.

Mix the batter and pieces 

Put the attus with your hand and close the lid and cook on a very low flame
