Palakoora Ullikaram

The Recipe

  • Heat oil and add onions, garlic, curry leaves, Dhaniya seeds and jeera. Cook for a few minutes
  • Then add a spoon of chana dal. Fry more and keep aside
  • Heat oil and add Avalu, Chana dal, jeera, Red chillies, karepaku, pasupu. Fry for a min and add chopped Spinach
  • Grind the onion mixture first. Add salt and red chilli powder
  • Once the spinach gets cooked, add the onion mixture to it.
  • Cook well for a few more minutes until it gets fully cooked
