Crispy Paneer Manchurian

 All You Need

  • Paneer, cut into cubes
  • Onions
  • Green Bell Pepper
  • Green Chillies
  • Finely chopped ginger
  • Finely chopped garlic
  • Red Chilli powder
  • Black pepper powder,
  • White Corn flour
  • Maida
  • Salt
  • Ketchup + Red Chilli sauce + Dark Soya sauce + Vinegar + Water + Cornflour paste
  • Spring Onions

The Recipe

  • Cut paneer into cubes. Add Red chillipowder, black pepper powder, corn flour, maida, salt and some water. Mix and coat the paneer cubes
  • Shallow fry the paneer pieces and keep aside
  • In a pan, heat a tsp of oil and add finely chopped ginger and garlic, onions, greenchillies, green capsicum and salt. Let it fry for a few minutes
  • Prepare a mixture of Ketchup + Red Chilli sauce + Dark Soya sauce + Vinegar + Water + Cornflour
  • Add this mixture to the onions along with paneer pieces. Cook for a min
  • Sprinkle Spring Onions on top. Serve hot
