Malai Kulfi

What you need

• 340 ml Heavy cream
• 350 ml Evaporated milk (1 tin)
• 415 ml Condensed milk (1 tin)
• 2 White bread slices (edges removed)
• Elachi Powder
• Dry nuts for garnish

The Recipe

• Combine all ingredients. Make sure to cut the bread into small pieces.
• Blend them together and pour in a shallow container
• Freeze
• Remove from the flat mould and cut into thin rectangles. Sprinkle dry nuts on top
