What you need
- 340 ml Heavy cream
- 350 ml Evaporated milk (1 tin)
- 415 ml Condensed milk (1 tin)
- 2 White bread slices (edges removed)
- Elachi Powder
- Dry nuts for garnish
The Recipe
- Combine all ingredients. Make sure to cut the bread into small pieces.
- Blend them together and pour in a shallow container
- Freeze
- Remove from the flat mould and cut into thin rectangles. Sprinkle dry nuts on top
