Chamadumpa Fry (Arbi Fry)

 All You Need

  • Chamadumpa
  • Curry leaves
  • Seasoning Mix - Salt, Turmeric, Red chilli powder, Dhaniya Powder, Jeera Powder, Hing, Besan

The Recipe

  • Boil Chamadumpa pieces and let it cool
  • Peel the skin and cut into small circles
  • Add the seasoning mix to the chamadumpa circles
  • Mix and keep it aside for 5 mins
  • In a pan, heat some oil and add curry leaves followed by chamadumpa pieces. 
  • Roast till it is red on both sides
