All You Need
- Chamadumpa
- Curry leaves
- Seasoning Mix - Salt, Turmeric, Red chilli powder, Dhaniya Powder, Jeera Powder, Hing, Besan
The Recipe
- Boil Chamadumpa pieces and let it cool
- Peel the skin and cut into small circles
- Add the seasoning mix to the chamadumpa circles
- Mix and keep it aside for 5 mins
- In a pan, heat some oil and add curry leaves followed by chamadumpa pieces.
- Roast till it is red on both sides
