All You Need:
- Finely cut onions
- Finely cut tomatoes
- Finely cut ginger (very small piece)
- Finely cut green chillies
- Finely chopped cilantro
- 1 tsp peanut oil
- 1 cup sev: 3 cups moori
- Salt
- Flat Papdi (optional)
The Recipe:
- Roast Peanuts in a spoon of oil
- Mix Onions, tomatoes, ginger, green chillies, peanuts, oil, sev, lemon, salt, cilantro
- In the end add moori. Mix and enjoy!
