Bhel Puri

 All You Need:

  • Finely cut onions
  • Finely cut tomatoes
  • Finely cut ginger (very small piece)
  • Finely cut green chillies
  • Finely chopped cilantro
  • 1 tsp peanut oil
  • 1 cup sev: 3 cups moori
  • Salt
  • Flat Papdi (optional)

The Recipe:

  • Roast Peanuts in a spoon of oil
  • Mix Onions, tomatoes, ginger, green chillies, peanuts, oil, sev, lemon, salt, cilantro
  • In the end add moori. Mix and enjoy!
