All You Need:
- Mirchis
- 3/4 cup Besan
- 2 tbsp rice flour
- 1 tsp Red chilli powder
- 1/4 tsp soda
- 1 tsp oil
- Salt
- Stuffing - Imli paste, Jeera or Vamu, Dry coconut powder.
The Recipe:
- Mix the flours and sieve them. This is a very important step to get crispy bajjis
- Grind the stuffing
- Add salt, karam, soda and 1 tsp oil and mix together
- Now add water and make a semi-thick batter
- Cut the ends of the mirchis and cut the middle and take off the seeds.
- Add the stuffing
- Fry them in hot oil
