All You Need:
- 2 large Zuchchinis cut into long strips (not too thin, not too thick)
- 3 tbsp Olive Oil
- 3 tbsp Corn Meal or Almond flour
- 3 tbsp Grated Paneer
- Chaat masala or Aaamchur
- Red chilli powder
- Salt
The Recipe:
- Preheat oven at 420 degrees F
- Mix all ingredients together and spread without crowding on a baking sheet
- Bake for 30 mins or until crispy
- Serve with Tsatziki sauce for that extra yumm
