All You Need
- 1 cup maida
- 1/4 cup Rice flour
- Salt
- Cooking Soda pinch
- Buttermilk
- Jeera
- Onions
- Green Chillies
- Ginger
- Curry Leaves
The Recipe
- Mix maida, rice flour, salt and soda. Mix well and then add buttermilk and Jeera. Make sure the mixture is not too thick or watery
- Put the batter aside for 20 mins if possible
- Add onions, greenchillies, ginger, curry leaves
- Deep fry
