AirFry Shishito Peppers
- Oil Shishito peppers . Add some salt. Preheat Air Fryer at 400 F for 3 minutes. Then put the peppers in the basket...spread them evenly. Airfry for 8-10 minute at 400 degrees F. (Note: Keep rotating the peppers, for even cooking).
Jalapeno Poppers
- Cut the Jalapenos in half and deseed (to remove spicyness)
- Make the stuffing first - Mix mashed potatoes,salt, garam masala,cumin powder, coriander powder, cilantro,red chili powder and amchur
- Mix breadcrumbs with some butter in a separate bowl
- Add a generous layer of potato stuffing in the jalapenos. Top the jalapenos with breadcrumb mix. Lastly sprinkle some Mozarella or Cheddar cheese to coat the jalapenos
- Preheat the airfryer for 3 minutes at 400 degrees. Place the jalapenos in airfryer basket. Air fry for 5-8 mins at 360 degrees until little golden in color.
