The Recipe:
- Dry roast urad dal without browning them and let it cool completely. Then grind it finely.
- Mix together 1 cup of this Urad flour+ 2.5 cups of Rice flour+ 3 tbsp Sesame seeds+1 tbsp Jeera powder+2 tbsp hot oil (fumes shud appear)+salt.
- Let it rest for 30 mts covering it properly.
- Take a Chakli maker using any perforated plate u want and squeeze in HOT oil.
- Let it fry and take out when light brown and drain on a paper towel.
