All You Need:
The Recipe:
- 3 cups Grated Lauki (Bottle Gourd)
- 1 cup + 2 tbsp Sugar
- Some Elachi powder
- 6 tbsp ghee
- Cashews and Raisins
The Recipe:
- Add 5 tbsp of ghee and let it melt
- Add grated Lauki and cook for 3 minutes
- Add sugar and keep mixing intermittently
- As soon as the Lauki is cooked (touch it and it should be soft and cooked without raw smell), turn off the stove
- Add elachi powder and mix
- Garnish with Cashews and Raisins fried in 1 tbsp of ghee
