All You Need:
- 1 Besan
- 1/2 Rice flour
- Salt
- Ajwain
- Jeera
- Oil
- Finely shredded cabbage
- Thinly sliced onions (for taste, optional)
- Curry Leaves
- Greenchillies
- Cilantro
- Red Chilli paste
- Mix all with no water. Let it rest for 10 mins. Water comes out of the cabbage. If you think you need more water, then just sprinkle some.
- Fry like onion pakoda.
