Cabbage Pakodi

All You Need:
  • 1 Besan
  • 1/2 Rice flour
  • Salt
  • Ajwain
  • Jeera
  • Oil
  • Finely shredded cabbage
  • Thinly sliced onions (for taste, optional)
  • Curry Leaves
  • Greenchillies
  • Cilantro
  • Red Chilli paste
The How:

  • Mix all with no water. Let it rest for 10 mins. Water comes out of the cabbage. If you think you need more water, then just sprinkle some.
  • Fry like onion pakoda.
