Instant Sooji Dosa

All You Need:
  • Sooji
  • Yoghurt
  • Chopped onions
  • Grated ginger
  • Chopped Cilantro
  • Salt/Pepper
  • Eno, a pinch
  • Turmeric Powder
The Recipe:
  • Mix all the ingredients to make a loose batter
  • Heat pan and pour a ladle. Cook for 2 minutes and flip. Cook till done.
  • Serve with Ketchup
