All You Need:
- Sooji
- Yoghurt
- Chopped onions
- Grated ginger
- Chopped Cilantro
- Salt/Pepper
- Eno, a pinch
- Turmeric Powder
- Mix all the ingredients to make a loose batter
- Heat pan and pour a ladle. Cook for 2 minutes and flip. Cook till done.
- Serve with Ketchup
