All You Need:
- Barley
- Lentils
- Cucumber
- Cabbage (Shredded)
- Sun dried tomatoes
- pepper
- Lemon
- Salt
- Cilantro
- Onions
- Few peanuts or any nuts of your choice
- Few greens
- Soak Barley and lentils separately for 6 hrs
- Finely chop the cucumber, cabbage and onions
- Mix all and serve
