Instant Poha Idli

All You Need:
  • Idli Rava - 1.5 cup
  • Poha (Thin variety) - 1 cup
  • Sour Curd/Buttermilk - 1 cup
  • Baking Soda - a pinch (Optional)
  • Water as needed
  • Salt as needed

The Recipe:
  • Wash and soak the poha in curd for 3-4 minutes. Mash it .up
  •  Add the Idli rava, soda and salt and allow to sit for 10 minutes
  • Add water as needed to make a idli batter like consistency
  • Make idlis with the batter. They come out super soft and spongy.
