All You Need:
- Peanuts 2 cups
- Curry leaves
- Red chilli powder 1 tsp
- Haldi 1/2 tsp
- Pepper powder 1/2 tsp
- Salt
- Hing 1/2 tsp
- Oil 2 tsp
The Recipe:
- In a microwave safe bowl, mv the peanuts for a minute. Mix well and MW for another minute
- Heat a skillet on a low flame and roast the peanuts (should not burn)
- De-skin the peanuts and set aside
- Dry roast the curry leaves and let them cool
- Crush the curry leaves with the de-skinned peanuts (the peanuts shud split)
- In a small bowl, mix the red chilli powder,pepper powder and haldi
- Heat oil in the same skillet (not very hot). Add hing and turn off the heat
- To this oil mixture, add the crushed peanuts and give it a good mix along with salt
