All You Need:
- Oats 2 cups
- Sooji 3/4 cup
- Maida 1/4 cup
- Green chillies
- Cumin seeds
- Curd 1/2 cup
- Grate dginger
- Curry leaves
- Cilantro
- Salt
- Oil
The Recipe:
- Microwave oats for a minute or so. Powder it after it cools
- In a mixing bowl add all the ingredients except oil and add enough water to make a smooth batter
- Rest the batter for atleast 30 mts
- Dilute the batter with more water just like rava dosa consistency
- Heat the skillet medium high flame
- Pour dosa in a circular motion and fill the center
- Drizzle oil and cook on medium flame
