Vermicelli fritters

All You Need:
  • Roasted vermicelli 1 cup
  • Rice flour 1 tbsp
  • Besan 1 tbsp
  • Onion 1 medium
  • Boiled potato 1 medium
  • Green chillies
  • Cilantro
  • Mint leaves
  • Salt and oil
The Recipe:
  • Chop onion finely length-wise. Chop the mint,cilantro and g chillies finely
  • Mash the potato
  • Cook vermicelli in hot water til soft. Drain water and set aside
  • Mix everything in a bowl except oil. You can add ginger-garlic paste too. Do not add water
  • Make fritters of desired shape
