All You Need:
- Roasted vermicelli 1 cup
- Rice flour 1 tbsp
- Besan 1 tbsp
- Onion 1 medium
- Boiled potato 1 medium
- Green chillies
- Cilantro
- Mint leaves
- Salt and oil
- Chop onion finely length-wise. Chop the mint,cilantro and g chillies finely
- Mash the potato
- Cook vermicelli in hot water til soft. Drain water and set aside
- Mix everything in a bowl except oil. You can add ginger-garlic paste too. Do not add water
- Make fritters of desired shape
