All You Need:
- 2 Big sized Onions
- Ginger
- Garlic
- Green Chillies
- Jeera
- Cashews
- Methi (frozen or fresh)
- Peas
- Heavy Cream
- Paneer pieces (optional)
- Grind -> Onions raw+Ginger+garlic+GChillies+
Cumin seeds+Cashews. Make a good quantity of paste - Add lot of oil and add jeera followed by the paste. Cook till the raw smell disappears but make sure not to discolor the paste
- Meanwhile, microwave methi for 2 minutes and keep aside
- Microwave Peas for 1 min in a separate bowl and keep aside.
- In the fried mix, add the methi first and let it cook for sometime
- Then add Peas followed by 1.5 cups water. Let it bubble and boil.
- Add heavy cream
- If using paneer pieces, separately fry them in oil and add to the above
