Beerakaya Putnala Curry

All You Need:
  • Beerakay pieces cut medium-large cubes
  • Putnalu 1/2 cup
  • Green Chillies
  • Cilantro
  • Salt
  • Wet coconut grate
  • Tadka -> Mustard seeds, Chana dal,Urad dal,Curry leaves,Jeera
The Recipe:
  • Grind Putnalu and keep aside
  • Grind Cilantro,Green chillies,coconut and a pinch of salt
  • Mix the above two and keep aside
  • Add Tadka in a tbsp of oil and add beerakay pieces with a small glass of water
  • After the pieces get cooked (takes not more than 10 mts), add the putnalu mixture and switch off the stove
  • Serve with Garma garam rotis or rice
