All You Need:
- Beerakay pieces cut medium-large cubes
- Putnalu 1/2 cup
- Green Chillies
- Cilantro
- Salt
- Wet coconut grate
- Tadka -> Mustard seeds, Chana dal,Urad dal,Curry leaves,Jeera
- Grind Putnalu and keep aside
- Grind Cilantro,Green chillies,coconut and a pinch of salt
- Mix the above two and keep aside
- Add Tadka in a tbsp of oil and add beerakay pieces with a small glass of water
- After the pieces get cooked (takes not more than 10 mts), add the putnalu mixture and switch off the stove
- Serve with Garma garam rotis or rice
