Mango Pudding

All You Need:
  • Mango Pulp 1 can (30 oz)
  • Condensed milk 1 can (14 oz)
  • Cool Whip or Heavy whipping cream 8oz
  • Unflavored Gelatin (I used Knox brand) 2 envelopes
  • Pineapple chunks or Mango chunks or Nuts (Optional)
  • Water 8 oz
The Recipe:
  •  Mix all the ingredients except the Gelatin and water in a wide bowl. 
  • Make sure they mix evenly.
  • Make sure to drain the water completely out of the pineapple chunks
  • Heat the water in a microwave for 2 minutes and add the gelatin envelopes. Mix well till the gelatin dissolves completely
  • Add the water in the pulp mix, close the lid and refrigerate until the pudding sets (typically 8hrs)
  • Keep refrigerated and take from the fridge before you serve
