All You Need:
- Mango Pulp 1 can (30 oz)
- Condensed milk 1 can (14 oz)
- Cool Whip or Heavy whipping cream 8oz
- Unflavored Gelatin (I used Knox brand) 2 envelopes
- Pineapple chunks or Mango chunks or Nuts (Optional)
- Water 8 oz
- Mix all the ingredients except the Gelatin and water in a wide bowl.
- Make sure they mix evenly.
- Make sure to drain the water completely out of the pineapple chunks
- Heat the water in a microwave for 2 minutes and add the gelatin envelopes. Mix well till the gelatin dissolves completely
- Add the water in the pulp mix, close the lid and refrigerate until the pudding sets (typically 8hrs)
- Keep refrigerated and take from the fridge before you serve
