Vegetable Cutlet

All You Need:
  • Boiled peas,carrots etc
  • Boiled Potatoes (boil separately or let it boil with the skin on along with the rest)
  • Ghee
  • Elachi powder
  • Cinnamon
  • Cloves
  • Kaju
  • Green chillies
  • Onions
  • Bread powder
  • Besan
The Recipe:
  • Mash the boiled veggies potatoes and the other veggies separately
  • Heat a tsp of ghee and fry elachi,cinnamon,cloves,Kaju,green chillies and onions
  • Add mint and cilantro and fry for 2 mts
  • Add the mashed veggies except potatoes and salt in a pan and cook till the moisture is absorbed
  • Turn off flame and mix in mashed potatoes and bread crumbs
  • Then you have 2 options below
  • Make a diluted paste of besan in water. Dip patties of veggie mix in it and then roll into bread crumbs and deep fry
  • Sprinkle bread powder over the patties and shallow fry with ghee
