All You Need:
- Boiled peas,carrots etc
- Boiled Potatoes (boil separately or let it boil with the skin on along with the rest)
- Ghee
- Elachi powder
- Cinnamon
- Cloves
- Kaju
- Green chillies
- Onions
- Bread powder
- Besan
The Recipe:
- Mash the boiled veggies potatoes and the other veggies separately
- Heat a tsp of ghee and fry elachi,cinnamon,cloves,Kaju,green chillies and onions
- Add mint and cilantro and fry for 2 mts
- Add the mashed veggies except potatoes and salt in a pan and cook till the moisture is absorbed
- Turn off flame and mix in mashed potatoes and bread crumbs
- Then you have 2 options below
- Make a diluted paste of besan in water. Dip patties of veggie mix in it and then roll into bread crumbs and deep fry
- Sprinkle bread powder over the patties and shallow fry with ghee
