Karam Somaan

All You Need:
  • Aata
  • Boiled potatoes+carrots+beetroot
  • Boiled grated cauliflower+beans
  • Tadka -> Mustard seeds,Chana dal,urad dal,curry leaves,green chillies
  • Onions
  • Peas
The Recipe:
  • Make poori dough with the aata and let it stay for an hour
  • Heat a tbsp of oil and add tadka followed by onions and peas
  • Close lid for 5 mts so that peas get cooked
  • Then add boiled vegetables and salt and cook for sometime
  • Make puris. Keep some curry filling inside and close it with semicircle and seal the ends
  • Deep Fry
