All You Need:
- Aata
- Boiled potatoes+carrots+beetroot
- Boiled grated cauliflower+beans
- Tadka -> Mustard seeds,Chana dal,urad dal,curry leaves,green chillies
- Onions
- Peas
The Recipe:
- Make poori dough with the aata and let it stay for an hour
- Heat a tbsp of oil and add tadka followed by onions and peas
- Close lid for 5 mts so that peas get cooked
- Then add boiled vegetables and salt and cook for sometime
- Make puris. Keep some curry filling inside and close it with semicircle and seal the ends
- Deep Fry
