Gasaala Paysam

All You Need:
  • Poppy Seeds
  • Rice Flour 3-4 spoons
  • Scraped Coconut
  • Sugar
  • Kaju
The Recipe:
  • Dry roast Poppy seeds till they turn brown and flavour comes out
  • Grind them well first. Then along it grind the rice Flour, coconut and water to a smooth paste
  • Boil milk, add paste and stir continuously till the 1st boil Switch off stove
  • Make surethe poppy seeds wont cook for a long time
  • Then add sugar and Kaju fried in ghee
