All You Need:
- Urad dal
- Big Onion
- Green chillies
- ginger
- Curry leaves
- Soak urad dal for 4 hrs
- Finely chop 3/4 onion and the remaining quarter in big pieces
- Finely chop green chillies,ginger and curry leaves
- Drain and grind the urad dal with as little water as possible
- Now add the big onion chunks and grind. It gives fluffiness
- Add onions,chillies,ginger,salt,whole pepper. Make vadas. Deep fry in medium heat
