All You Need:
- Marinade -> Grind ginger garlic,green chillies,jeera,limejuice and add garam masala,tandoori masala,salt
- Paneer pieces
- Big chunks Onion,red bell peppers,green bell peppers
- Soak paneer pieces in the marinade overnight in fridge or atleast a few hrs
- Toss the onions,green and red bell peppers separately in oil and add salt and red chilli powder
- Place paneer,onion,bell peppers on a baking dish lined with Al foil sprayed with oil
- Bake in a very hot oven at 450 F for 10 mts, turning them over once after 5 mts
- It cooks very quickly...so keep an open eye on it
- Paneer is done when its sizzling and the edges begin to look brown.
- Skewer them up.
