Tandoori Paneer

All You Need:
  • Marinade -> Grind ginger garlic,green chillies,jeera,limejuice  and add garam masala,tandoori masala,salt
  • Paneer pieces
  • Big chunks Onion,red bell peppers,green bell peppers
The Recipe:
  • Soak paneer pieces in the marinade overnight in fridge or atleast a few hrs
  • Toss the onions,green and red bell peppers separately in oil and add salt and red chilli powder
  • Place paneer,onion,bell peppers on a baking dish lined with Al foil sprayed with oil
  • Bake in a very hot oven at 450 F for 10 mts, turning them over once after 5 mts
  • It cooks very quickly...so keep an open eye on it
  • Paneer is done when its sizzling and the edges begin to look brown.
  • Skewer them up.
