Semiya Uthappam

All You Need:
  • Vemicelli 1/2 cup
  • Rice Flour 1 cup
  • Yoghurt 1 cup
  • Chopped onions
  • Green chillies
  • Salt
  • Water
The Recipe:
  • Marinate vermicelli in yoghurt for 1 hour and mix in the rest of the ingredients
  • Make like Uthappam batter
  • In a dosa pan, add a tsp of oil and pour some batter on it and cook
  • Flip both sides until it is completely cooked
