All You Need:
- Veggies of your choice (potatoes,beans,carrots,peas,capsicum)
- Sliced Onions
- Besan 1 cup
- Rice Flour 1/3 cup
- Red Chilli powder
- 1 tsp cooking soda
- Cut all the veggies and boil them
- In a tbsp of oil, fry onions and add the veggies with salt
- Mix the Besan, rice flour, chilli powder,salt,soda in a bowl and add water to make a semi-liquid mix
- Make balls from the veggie mix, dip in the besan batter and deep fry
