All You Need:
- Urad Dal
- Chopped Cabbage
- Green chillies, cut into small pieces
- Chopped onions (optional)
- Chopped Ginger
- Salt
- Soak Urad dal overnight or for atleast 6 hrs
- Grind it to a soft batter adding salt. Avoid water as much as you can
- Add the rest of the ingredients and make vadas
