Cabbage Vada

All You Need:
  • Urad Dal
  • Chopped Cabbage
  • Green chillies, cut into small pieces
  • Chopped onions (optional)
  • Chopped Ginger
  • Salt
The Recipe:
  • Soak Urad dal overnight or for atleast 6 hrs
  • Grind it to a soft batter adding salt. Avoid water as much as you can
  • Add the rest of the ingredients and make vadas
