All You Need:
- Vegetables of your choice (Radish,Drumstick,Lauki,capsicum,Brinjal etc)
- Tomato pieces
- Onions sliced (Optional)
- Toor dal cooked
- Curry leaves
- Jaggery or sugar 1 tsp
- Cilantro
- Tamarind juice
- Seasoning -> Heat a tbsp of oil and add mustard seeds,hing,fenugreek powder (little)
- Sambar powder. Recipe here
- Half boil the vegetables in water adding tomatoes, onions and curry leaves
- Add the Dal and tamarind juice along with salt and sugar. Add the needed amount of water
- Then add Sambar powder and boil for 3-4 minutes
- In the end add Cilantro and seasoning
