Brinjal/Capsicum Nuvvula podi Curry

All You Need:
  • Chana Dal : Sesame seeds = 1:1/4
  • Red Chillies
  • Small capsicum or brinjals
  • Coconut grate (dry)
The Recipe:
  • Roast Chanadal and red chillies and keep aside
  • In the switched off tava, roast the sesame seeds and in the end add coconut grate
  • First grind the chanadal mix and then grind the sesame seeds mix
  • In a pan, heat some oil and fry the vegetable pieces with salt and some powder
  • Close lid and cook in sim
