Red Capsicum Chutney

Recipe 1:
  • Dry roast ground nuts and keep aside
  • In a spoon of oil, add little urad dal, dhaniya,red chillies,garlic
  • Add cubed capsicum, salt,curry leaves
  • After they get half cooked, add tomato and cook
  • Grind with ground nuts,tamarind juice,jaggery(little),jeera, garlic
Recipe2:
  • Microwave capsicum pieces and tamarind for 5 mts and grind with tadka
  • Add tadka -> mustard seeds,red chillies,methi powder,curry leaves,garlic,hing,red chilli powder
