Recipe 1:
- Dry roast ground nuts and keep aside
- In a spoon of oil, add little urad dal, dhaniya,red chillies,garlic
- Add cubed capsicum, salt,curry leaves
- After they get half cooked, add tomato and cook
- Grind with ground nuts,tamarind juice,jaggery(little),jeera, garlic
- Microwave capsicum pieces and tamarind for 5 mts and grind with tadka
- Add tadka -> mustard seeds,red chillies,methi powder,curry leaves,garlic,hing,red chilli powder
