Recipe 1:
- Dry roast ground nuts and red chillies and grind
- Heat a tbsp of oil and fry onion and little garlic. Grind these along with above
- Also grind coconut (optional),tamarind juice,salt
- Add tadka -> mustard seeds,urad dal,curry leaves
