All You Need:
- Sooji rava 1 cup
- Beaten curd 1 cup
- Tadka ->mustard seeds,chana dal,green chillies,curry leaves,grated ginger
- Cilantro
- Kaju
- Soda
- Salt
- Heat ghee and add tadka
- Immediately add rava and stir on low flame for 3-4 mts
- Let it cool
- Add grated coconut,cilantro,curd,water,salt,soda. Mix well. Keep aside for 30 mts
- Place a cashew on each idli and make idlis
