All You Need:
- Tomatoes (2 big)
- Ginger
- very little garlic
- Onions small pieces
- Paneer
- Heavy Cream
- Kaju paste
- Red chilli powder
- Haldi
- Grind tomatoes + ginger + garlic
- In a food processor, chop spinach until we get a creamy texture and keep aside
- Deep fry paneer and put them in warm water for 10 mts
- Heat oil and add jeera,hing,onions
- Add tomato paste. Cook till volume reduces and add haldi+red chilli powder
- Add spinach and cook for 10 mts
- Add kaju paste and heavy cream
- Add Paneer. Cook for 5 mts and switch off stove
- Add little sugar and ghee
- Add masala powder that you make (very less, optional)
