Palak Paneer

All You Need:
  • Tomatoes (2 big)
  • Ginger
  • very little garlic
  • Onions small pieces
  • Paneer
  • Heavy Cream
  • Kaju paste
  • Red chilli powder
  • Haldi
The Recipe:
  • Grind tomatoes + ginger + garlic
  • In a food processor, chop spinach until we get a creamy texture and keep aside
  • Deep fry paneer and put them in warm water for 10 mts
  • Heat oil and add jeera,hing,onions
  • Add tomato paste. Cook till volume reduces and add haldi+red chilli powder
  • Add spinach and cook for 10 mts
  • Add kaju paste and heavy cream
  • Add Paneer. Cook for 5 mts and switch off stove
  • Add little sugar and ghee
  • Add masala powder that you make (very less, optional)
