Pound Cake

All You Need:
  • 21/4 cups All purpose flour
  • 1 cup (8 oz) sour cream
  • 2 Butter Sticks (1 cup)
  • Chopped Walnuts
  • 3 Eggs
  •  2 cups Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
The Recipe:
  • Mix flour,salt,sugar,soda in a bowl
  • In a mixer, beat the eggs,sourcream,butter. Add this mixture to the flours
  • Add vanilla essense,walnuts and 1 tsp food color if you want
  • Preheat oven at 300F for 5-10 mts
  • Bake at 300F for 1 hr (not more than 1 hr 3 mts)
