All You Need:
- Vegetables of your choice- alu,peas,carrots,gobi,beans etc
- Spring onions
- Capsicum, cut
- Onions
- Cardamom powder
- Salt and haldi
- Juicy tomatoes, cut
- MDH Pav Bhaji masala powder
- Heat a tbsp of oil in a pressure cooker and add spring onions followed by onions,cardamom powder, green chillies and bell pepper pieces
- Add salt and haldi. After sufficient frying, add tomatoes and cook for few minutes.
- Then add the remaining veggies, a glass of water
- Cook for 3 to 4 whistles till the veggies mash up completely
- Open the pressure cooker and mash the mixture completely.
- Add red chilly powder (kashmiri preferred), butter, cilantro and pav bhaji masala powder
- Serve this bhaji with buttered and roasted pav or potato bread rolls
