Pav Bhaji

All You Need:
  • Vegetables of your choice- alu,peas,carrots,gobi,beans etc
  • Spring onions
  • Capsicum, cut
  • Onions
  • Cardamom powder
  • Salt and haldi
  • Juicy tomatoes, cut
  • MDH Pav Bhaji masala powder
The Recipe:
  • Heat a tbsp of oil in a pressure cooker and add spring onions followed by onions,cardamom powder, green chillies and bell pepper pieces
  • Add salt and haldi. After sufficient frying, add tomatoes and cook for few minutes.
  • Then add the remaining veggies, a glass of water
  • Cook for 3 to 4 whistles till the veggies mash up completely
  • Open the pressure cooker and mash the mixture completely.
  • Add red chilly powder (kashmiri preferred), butter, cilantro and pav bhaji masala powder
  • Serve this bhaji with buttered and roasted pav or potato bread rolls
