Palakoora Pulusu

All You Need:
  • Spinach chopped
  • Lauki pieces
  • Onion pieces
  • Tadka -> Mustard seeds,jeera,urad dal,chana dal,methi seeds
  •  Tamarind juice
  • Cilantro
The Recipe:
  • Heat a tbsp of oil and add tadka
  • Add Lauki pieces and fry for a minute
  • Add spinach and fry for few minutes
  • Add onions and fry again
  • Add salt,haldi,red chilli powder,cilantro and tamarind paste and 1 glass of water
  • Pressure cook for 6 whistles
  • Keep on open flame and let cook for few minutes
