All You Need:
- Spinach chopped
- Lauki pieces
- Onion pieces
- Tadka -> Mustard seeds,jeera,urad dal,chana dal,methi seeds
- Tamarind juice
- Cilantro
- Heat a tbsp of oil and add tadka
- Add Lauki pieces and fry for a minute
- Add spinach and fry for few minutes
- Add onions and fry again
- Add salt,haldi,red chilli powder,cilantro and tamarind paste and 1 glass of water
- Pressure cook for 6 whistles
- Keep on open flame and let cook for few minutes
