All You Need:
- Besan 1 cup
- Coconut or almonds or cashews 1 cup
- Milk 1 cup
- Ghee 1 cup
- Sugar 3 cups
- If using coconut, grind so its softer and fine. If using badam or kaju, soak in boiling water for an hr, peel badam and grind with 1 cup of milk
- Fry besan in 1 tbsp of ghee till fragrant
- Combine sugar,ghee,milk,almond/coconut with besan and put flame on medium
- Cook until it thickens and leaves the sides of the pan (20 mts nearly)
- Remove from stove and pour on a greased plate
- When it cools, cut into pieces
