Palak Kofta

All You Need:
  • Chopped Spinach
  • Besan
  • Salt
  • Onions 2 big grinded
  • Tomatoes 7-8 grinded
  • Garam masala powder
  • Ginger-garlic paste
  • Dhaniya powder
  • Jeera powder
  • Salt
  • Red chilli powder
The Recipe:
  • Mix Spinach, besan and salt adding little water
  • Make a dough similar to pakoda dough consistency
  • Take small balls of the dough and deep fry in oil and keep aside
  • Make sure you grind onion and tomato separately
  • Heat a tbsp of oil and add onion paste. Let it cook
  • Add tomato paste and let it boil
  • Add garam masala powder,ginger-garlic paste,Dhaniya powder,Jeera powder,salt and red chilli powder
  • Add enough water to make a gravy
  • Add the balls in the gracy along with curd
  • Make sure the balls soak in the gravy completely
