All You Need:
- Spinach 2 bunches finely chopped
- Potatoes 2 boiled
- Onion 1 large
- Green chillies 3
- Ginger grated 1 tbsp
- Cilantro chopped
- Bread slices crumbled
- Dhaniya Powder 1 tbsp
- Garam Masala 1 tbsp
- Salt
The Recipe:
- Combine all ingredients with salt
- Shape into patties and refrigerate for 30 mts
- Shallow fry till golden brown or grill them
