Palak Kebab

All You Need:
  • Spinach 2 bunches finely chopped
  • Potatoes 2 boiled
  • Onion 1 large
  • Green chillies 3
  • Ginger grated 1 tbsp
  • Cilantro chopped
  • Bread slices crumbled
  • Dhaniya Powder 1 tbsp
  • Garam Masala 1 tbsp
  • Salt
The Recipe:
  • Combine all ingredients with salt
  • Shape into patties and refrigerate for 30 mts
  • Shallow fry till golden brown or grill them
