All You Need:
- Cooked Rice Basmathi 3 cups (each grain should be separate)
- Thinly sliced capsicum
- Ghee
- Powder - Jeera,Urad dal,V lil Chana dal,Dhaniya,Cloves,Curry leaves,Red Chillies, roasted peanuts
- Grated Coconut
- Roasted peanuts
- Heat ghee on medium heat and add the powder ingredients. Once cool,grind to a fine powder
- In a kadai heat some oil and ghee and add Mustard seeds and Curry leaves followed by thinly sliced capsicum and fry for around 3 mts
- Make sure the capsicum doesnt overcook and retains crispness
- Add salt and combine well
- Reduce heat and add cooked rice and combine with spice mixture
- Add grated coconut,roasted peanuts and masala powder and mix very well
