All You Need:
- Rice Flour 1 cup
- Maida 1/4 cup
- Sooji 1/4 cup
- Fresh grated coconut, fistful
- Dry coconut powder
- Dalia powder fistful
- Roasted groundnut powder fistful
- Hing
- Red chilli powder
The Recipe:
- Roast sooji and maida separately without any oil to remove the raw smell
- Mix both along with the rest of the ingrdients along with a ladle of hot oil and some water to make a chapathi like dough
- Take a small ball of the dough and rub it on a greased plate putting ur entire plam on it.
- Roll into a concentric ring and seal the ends. Deep fry.
