Koru Vada

All You Need:
  • Rice Flour 1 cup
  • Maida 1/4 cup
  • Sooji 1/4 cup
  • Fresh grated coconut, fistful
  • Dry coconut powder
  • Dalia powder fistful
  • Roasted groundnut powder fistful
  • Hing
  • Red chilli powder
The Recipe:
  • Roast sooji and maida separately without any oil to remove the raw smell
  • Mix both along with the rest of the ingrdients along with a ladle of hot oil and some water to make a chapathi like dough
  • Take a small ball of the dough and rub it on a greased plate putting ur entire plam on it.
  • Roll into a concentric ring and seal the ends. Deep fry.
Tip: Before doing each koru vada, grease your plam and rub
