All You Need:
- Boiled Lauki pieces or gourd pieces, medium length
- Ginger
- Green Chillies
- Cilantro
- Coconut
- Salt
- Jeera
- Haldi
- Besan 1 tsp
- Curd
- Tadka -> Mustard seeds,Jeera,Red chillies,Hing
The Recipe:
- Grind Ginger,Green Chillies,Cilantro,Coconut,Salt,Haldi,Jeera with a little water
- Add little Besan to the paste
- In a vessel churn curds with water to get a buttermilk consistency
- Add the paste to the buttermilk and mix well
- Start boiling. After 1 boil, switch off the atove and add the vegetable pieces
- Add Tadka
- Add haldi
