Majjiga Pulusu

All You Need:
  • Boiled Lauki pieces or gourd pieces, medium length
  • Ginger
  • Green Chillies
  • Cilantro
  • Coconut
  • Salt
  • Jeera
  • Haldi
  • Besan 1 tsp
  • Curd
  • Tadka -> Mustard seeds,Jeera,Red chillies,Hing
The Recipe:
  • Grind Ginger,Green Chillies,Cilantro,Coconut,Salt,Haldi,Jeera with a little water
  • Add little Besan to the paste
  • In a vessel churn curds with water to get a buttermilk consistency
  • Add the paste to the buttermilk and mix well
  • Start boiling. After 1 boil, switch off the atove and add the vegetable pieces
  • Add Tadka
  • Add haldi
