All You Need:
- Maida
- Dalda or ghee
- Sugar Powder
The Recipe:
- Heat dalda or ghee till fumes begin to appear and mix with maida (thadi podi ga)
- Then add little water and mix to a poori dough consistency
- Close with a lid and keep aside for 30 mts
- Knead the dough again and let it stay for 1 hr
- Take very small balls and roll into a poori and cut longitudinally in the middle leaving the sides.
- Seal the ends tightly (you get a choclate shape). Fry
- Sprinkle sugar powder on the hot nilambralu
