All You Need:
- Paneer, cubed
- Onions
- Ginger grated
- green chillies
- Elachi
- Tomatoes
- Curd 1/4 cup, beaten
- Water 1/2 cup
- Garam Masala 1/2 tsp
- Red Chilli Powder
- Salt
- Tomato Sauce 2 tbsp
- Milk 1/2 cup
The Recipe:
- Heat oil and ghee in a pan and add onion,ginger,green chillies and elachi
- Then add tomatoes and close lid and cook for 8 mts
- Add curd and cook for 5 mts
- Add water and blend in a mixie till smooth
- Heat ghee and add gravy, garam masala,red chillin powder,salt,tomato sauce
- Boil to a very thick gravy
- Just before serving, add milk and paneer and boil for 4 mts
