Shahi Paneer

All You Need:
  • Paneer, cubed
  • Onions
  • Ginger grated
  • green chillies
  • Elachi
  • Tomatoes
  • Curd 1/4 cup, beaten
  • Water 1/2 cup
  • Garam Masala 1/2 tsp
  • Red Chilli Powder
  • Salt
  • Tomato Sauce 2 tbsp
  • Milk 1/2 cup
The Recipe:
  • Heat oil and ghee in a pan and add onion,ginger,green chillies and elachi
  • Then add tomatoes and close lid and cook for 8 mts
  • Add curd and cook for 5 mts
  • Add water and blend in a mixie till smooth
  • Heat ghee and add gravy, garam masala,red chillin powder,salt,tomato sauce
  • Boil to a very thick gravy
  • Just before serving, add milk and paneer and boil for 4 mts
