Getti Poorilu

All You Need:
  • Maida 1 cup
  • Ghee 1 cup
The Recipe:
  • Make a dough of maida with butter and water and make it stiffer than poori dough
  • The harder the dough, the crispier the pooris
  • Roll out pooris and fry in hot ghee
  • You can crush these and add jeera powder and Red chillipowder
  • Alternately, you may also add elachi and sugar
