All You Need:
- Maida 1 cup
- Ghee 1 cup
The Recipe:
- Make a dough of maida with butter and water and make it stiffer than poori dough
- The harder the dough, the crispier the pooris
- Roll out pooris and fry in hot ghee
- You can crush these and add jeera powder and Red chillipowder
- Alternately, you may also add elachi and sugar
