Kadai Paneer

All You Need:
  • Cubed Paneer
  • Onions
  • Ginger garlic paste
  • Haldi
  • Red chilli powder
  • Jeera Powder
  • Dhaniya powder
  • Tomato puree
  • Garam masala
  • Kasoori methi
  • Fresh cream
  • Capsicum pieces
The Recipe:
  • Fry paneer pieces in a tsp of oil and keep aside
  • Heat oil and add onions, ginger garlic paste. After it cools, grind to a fine paste.
  • Put it back in oil and add haldi, red chilli powder,jeera powder,dhaniya powder
  • Add tomato puree and salt
  • Add water and bring to a boil. Add capsicum and tomato and cook covered for 5 mts
  • Add garam masala and cook till the veggies are done
  • Finally add paneer cubes and cook for 5 mts
  • Add kasoori methi and fresh cream
